Lumora Clinic is a private dermatology and skin-health clinic based in Kuwait, providing comprehensive general dermatology care alongside advanced cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology services. As we grow our medical team, we are seeking an experienced, MOH-eligible dermatologist to join us at the Senior Specialist / Consultant level.

Position Summary

Lumora Clinic is looking for a qualified Senior Specialist / Consultant Dermatologist to deliver high-quality general dermatology care to our patients. Candidates who also bring training or clinical experience in cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser therapy, chemical peels, and similar procedures) are strongly encouraged to apply — this experience qualifies for enhanced compensation and additional performance-based incentives on top of the base package.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat the full range of general dermatological conditions (medical, surgical, and paediatric dermatology as applicable)

• Conduct patient consultations, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing follow-up care

• Perform minor dermatological procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and similar)

• Where qualified, deliver cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology services (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP, etc.)

• Maintain accurate medical records in line with Kuwait MOH and clinic protocols

• Collaborate with nursing staff and allied health professionals to ensure a high standard of patient care

• Keep current with dermatology best practices, patient-safety standards, and continuing medical education

Qualifications & Licensing Requirements

• • Recognized medical degree (MD / MBBS / MBChB) from an institution on the Kuwait Ministry of Health’s approved list
• • Completed dermatology / dermatovenerology specialty training or residency (board certification or recognized equivalent)
• • Minimum 5 years of post-specialty (post-board) clinical experience, consistent with Kuwait MOH’s Senior Specialist / Consultant classification
• • Eligible for Kuwait Ministry of Health licensing at Senior Specialist / Consultant level, including:
• • Dataflow Primary Source Verification (PSV) of degrees, licenses, and experience
• • Kuwait MOH Prometric licensing examination (Consultant-level pass threshold)
• • Mandatory structured oral interview with the MOH clinical panel
• • Valid, apostilled police clearance certificate
• • Additional certification or hands-on experience in cosmetic / aesthetic dermatology is a strong advantage
• • Strong command of English (clinical and patient-facing); Arabic is a plus but not required
• • Valid, unrestricted medical license in country of current practice
