Warehouse Billing, Inventory Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Billing & Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse billing team.

The person in this role will be responsible for reviewing inventory data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and preparing accurate monthly invoices for our clients. This is a detail-oriented position that requires strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and review inventory reports
• Monitor inventory records and identify discrepancies
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them
• Analyze inventory movements and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare and compile monthly client invoices
• Verify billing data and supporting documentation before invoices are issued
• Ensure all billable activities and inventory-related charges are accurately reflected in client invoices
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Support the warehouse billing team with ad hoc reporting and data analysis

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, billing, inventory control, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills
• Practical experience creating and working with Pivot Tables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate their root causes
• Good English communication skills
