Native English Teacher (Online, Group Lessons)

ATLAS Academy is looking for a Native English teacher for long-term cooperation within a social project funded by a charitable foundation.

We provide online English lessons for children of fallen Ukrainian heroes, as well as other students outside the foundation. We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and caring teacher who values students, enjoys teaching, and is interested in stable, long-term work.

What We Offer

• 550+ UAH per teaching hour
• Stable workload with no lesson cancellations — guaranteed from September through June
• Primarily group lessons (up to 8 students per group)
• Opportunity to teach individual students outside the foundation
• Students are Grade 6 and older
• Teaching hours between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM (Kyiv time) Preferable hours 6:00—9:00 PM
• Flexible workload — choose the number of teaching hours that suits you
• Paid trial lesson
• Lessons cancelled late by students are still paid

We provide everything you need for comfortable teaching:

• Ready-made interactive lessons designed in Canva
• Full unlimited access to all teaching materials
• A convenient CRM system for schedules and payroll tracking
• Administrative support, including:
  • Group formation
  • Schedule management
  • Communication with students and parents
  • Assistance with organizational matters

Who We Are Looking For

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have an English level of B2 or higher
• Preferably have a degree in education, linguistics, or a related field (students are also welcome to apply)
• Are punctual, responsible, and student-focused
• Feel comfortable teaching online group classes

Important Information

• Start date: 7th of September
• First salary payment: Beginning of October
• Afterwards, salaries are paid twice per month (more frequent payments can be discussed if needed)

Requirements

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Higher education (preferred)
• Experience in online teaching is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with groups of teenagers and adults online
