Model Scout, Casting Assistant

MK Models Management is an international mother agency working with models and partner agencies across Europe and Asia.

We are looking for a Model Scout / Casting Assistant to join our team remotely.

This is a part-time, flexible position for approximately 3−4 hours per day. The schedule can be adjusted depending on your availability and planned calls.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with people, feels confident during calls and would like to grow in the international modeling industry.

We are ready to teach the right person how the modeling industry works, including scouting, castings and international contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Search for new potential models through social media and other platforms
• Contact potential models and introduce our agency
• Communicate with candidates and answer basic questions about cooperation
• Communicate with international partners via messages and video calls when needed
• Schedule video calls with potential models
• Help candidates understand the opportunities of international modeling contracts
• Stay in regular communication with the agency

Working conditions:

• Fully remote work
• Flexible schedule
• Part-time workload, approximately 3−4 hours per day
• UAH 5,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonuses

Requirements:

• Confident and comfortable communication skills
• Ability to build trust and communicate persuasively
• Responsibility and good organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with new people through messages and video calls
• English at a conversational level
• Experience in modeling, casting, recruitment, sales, customer communication or a similar field is not required, but will be a strong advantage

The position can grow into an International Model Booker, with responsibility for communicating with foreign modeling agencies, presenting models and arranging international contracts.
