Driver Recruiter (US Trucking Company)

SA TRUCKING INC is looking for a motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team.

We are a growing US-based trucking company looking for someone who knows how to communicate with CDL drivers, work with leads, follow up consistently, and turn qualified candidates into actual hires.

This is a results-driven position. Your goal is not simply to collect applications — your goal is to bring qualified drivers into the company and guide them from the first conversation all the way to their start date.

Responsibilities

• Contact and process incoming driver leads
• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates
• Communicate with CDL drivers by phone, text, and messaging platforms
• Present company opportunities, pay packages, equipment, home time, and other conditions clearly
• Qualify candidates based on company and insurance requirements
• Collect the information and documents required for driver approval
• Maintain consistent follow-up with interested candidates
• Guide candidates through the full recruiting process: Lead → Qualified → Application → Approved → Scheduled → Arrived → Started
• Keep candidate statuses and notes updated
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, Fleet, and other departments
• Maintain recruiting activity and performance KPIs

Requirements

• English B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher — required
• Strong phone communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on results
• Basic understanding of the US trucking industry

Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers for a US trucking company is strongly preferred.

Experience working with Company Drivers, Owner Operators, Dry Van, Flatbed, or Step Deck is a major advantage.

Schedule

Monday-Friday Working hours are based on the US Central Time Zone (Chicago).

Compensation

Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Compensation will depend on experience and previous results in US trucking recruitment.
