Junior Business Development Specialist (Recruitment)

🇨🇦 Easy Renovation (www.easyrenovation.ca) specializes in high-quality bathroom renovations across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Specialist to support both our recruitment efforts & business development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and wants to develop a career in recruiting, business development, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Full Cycle)

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer
• Create and publish job postings across relevant recruitment platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with manager
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruitment records
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Business Development

• Research potential partners, vendors, candidates, and business opportunities
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to establish new business relationships
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Support partnership, marketing, and strategic business development initiatives
• Assist with lead generation, CRM management, and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent English — B2/C1 (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Previous experience in Business Development, Recruitment/HR, Digital Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
