Product Manager

About the job

Our client is anofficial YouTube partner that helps media companies and creators scale, monetize their content, and build sustainable businesses. The company develops its own SaaS products and is actively growing its product growth function.

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will systematically identify product growth opportunities — from the first sign-up to payment — and turn data and user insights into actionable product experiments.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full user journey — from sign-up to payment — identifying where value is lost and removing barriers across ICP, value proposition, onboarding, pricing, and product quality.
  • Define activation as value realization, build the funnel, establish leading/lagging metrics, and create a basic product dashboard.
  • Manage a pipeline of product hypotheses, prioritize them within limited engineering resources, and drive experiments through to clear decisions.
  • Run A/B tests and rapid experiments across onboarding, paywalls/trials, pricing & packaging, and monetization mechanics.
  • Work with data and user insights: analyze segments and traffic sources and conduct user research through interviews and usability sessions.
  • Establish and maintain a growth cadence: weekly metric reviews, experiment backlog, regular experimentation cycles, and transparent progress tracking for the CEO, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Drive key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in a product company. Experience with SaaS, subscription, or freemium products is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the growth funnel: activation, conversion, retention, and the difference between usage and value realization.
  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end A/B tests: from hypothesis and experiment design to analysis and decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and the ability to distinguish meaningful signals from noise.
  • Strong command of product metrics and unit economics: CAC, LTV, churn, payback, etc.
  • Experience with Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Ability to define events required for proper product tracking.
  • High level of autonomy, strong prioritization skills, and excellent stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to structure information clearly and present results using Notion, Slides, and Loom.
  • English B2+.
