Customer Service Assistant

Salary: $1,500 per month

EuropafoodXBis a UK-based online food retailer serving customers across the UK. We are looking for a Customer Service Assistantto join our team.

The job involves daily communication with clients in the UK, so good knowledge of English is a must.

Main responsibilities:

• Receive and make phone calls to customers
• Respond to customer messages in the online chat on the website
• Process emails and requests through other communication channels
• Provide information about orders, products, and delivery
• Assist customers with issues related to orders and delivery
• Handle complaints and find appropriate solutions
• Contact courier services and other company departments as necessary
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English is a must
• Confident communication with clients over the phone in English
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to calmly and professionally resolve customer issues
• Responsibility, organization and attention to detail
• Confident computer use
• Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage
