Digital Marketing Manager

AI recruiting platform company is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to work alongside Marketing Director and own day-to-day execution across our social and content channels. This is a doing role, not a supervising one: you will write, publish, test, and report.

Our audience is HR managers, recruiters, recruitment agencies, talent acquisition teams, and founders who hire without an internal recruiting function. You should be comfortable speaking to a professional B2B audience on LinkedIn while keeping a warmer, more human voice on Instagram and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook — from idea to published post to reporting

• Write copy that a recruiter would actually stop for: posts, carousels, short-form video scripts, ad creative, landing page sections, email sequences

• Grow the company page on LinkedIn
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads within an agreed budget, focused on demo bookings

• Use AI tools daily to speed up research, drafting, repurposing, visual production and analysis — and know where AI output needs a human rewrite before it ships

• Produce marketing assets with AI-assisted design and video tools (static creatives, short videos, presentations, product explainer clips)

• Build and maintain the launch content pipeline: product announcements, feature releases, case studies, customer quotes, comparison content

• Run community management: reply to comments and DMs, engage in relevant HR and recruitment groups

• Track performance in analytics dashboards, report weekly to the Marketing Director, and propose what to change next

• Coordinate with sales on inbound demo requests so marketing activity connects to pipeline, not just impressions

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in marketing, with clear hands-on ownership of social channels (SaaS, B2B or tech product experience is a strong advantage)

• Real, daily working experience with AI tools — text, image, video and research. You should be able tonwalk us through your actual workflow and show what you’ve made with it

• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B channel: organic content, company page growth, personal branding, LinkedIn Ads basics

• Confident with Instagram and Facebook: Meta Business Suite, content formats, Reels, paid promotion
• Strong writing. You can take a technical product feature and explain why a recruiter should care in two sentences

• Comfortable with analytics: you look at the numbers, form a hypothesis, test it, and say what happened
• English at B2+ (our product and materials are English-first); Ukrainian at native or fluent level
• Self-starting and organized — at a pre-launch stage, no one will hand you a finished brief every morning
