Dispatcher, Load Coordinator (Expedite or Hot Shot)

Our client is a fast-growing U.S. logistics company expanding its Dispatch Team.

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Load Coordinator with the opportunity to choose a direction based on your experience: Expedite or Hot Shot.

What You’ll Do

• Find and book profitable loads via DAT, Sylectus, Truckstop and other load boards
• Plan efficient routes and maximize truck utilization
• Coordinate drivers, pickups and deliveries
• Negotiate rates with brokers
• Monitor market rates, RPM, mileage and lane profitability
• Minimize empty miles and optimize daily load strategy
• Handle operational issues and communicate with drivers throughout the day
• Manage multiple trucks and loads simultaneously

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. trucking / dispatching
• Experience in Expedite or Hot Shot — strong advantage
• English — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent
• Experience with DAT / DAT 360, Sylectus, Truckstop or similar
• Understanding of the U.S. trucking market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze rates and profitability
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
