Fuel Specialist (U.S. Trucking)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fuel Specialist to manage fuel planning, monitor driver fueling activity, and help reduce fuel expenses across our fleet.

Work format: Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers' fuel levels, purchases, and consumption throughout their trips.
• Plan cost-effective fuel stops based on routes, fuel prices, and approved fuel networks.
• Provide drivers with clear instructions on where and when to refuel.
• Assist drivers with fuel-related questions and issues.
• Monitor compliance with assigned fuel stops and company fuel policies.
• Analyze fuel expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fuel reports.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch, Safety, Fleet teams.
• Help improve the company’s fuel management procedures and processes.

Qualifications

• English level: B2 or higher, spoken and written.
• Previous experience in U.S. trucking safety, dispatch, fuel management, or compliance is required.
• Understanding of U.S. trucking operations, routes, and driver workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when working with drivers.
