Technical Development Officer

Save Ukraine is one of Ukraine’s leading humanitarian organizations, dedicated to rescuing children, supporting families, and strengthening communities affected by war. As our programs continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Technical Development Officer (TDO) to participate in the organization’s digital transformation and building of a modern, secure, and scalable technology ecosystem.

This is a role for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful social impact. You will participate in shaping the organization’s digital future while ensuring that technology enables operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and technology improvement initiatives.
• Manage and maintain IT systems, software, and digital platforms.
• Assist with the implementation of automation and digital solutions.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure, cloud services, and external vendors.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data management best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or digital projects.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data management principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
