We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Blitzkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

We are looking for a Dev & SysOps Specialist to develop internal tools, automate company processes using AI, and support our IT infrastructure. This role combines hands-on development and AI integration with day-to-day system administration and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal tools, scripts, and integrations to improve company workflows.
• Automate routine processes using AI tools and custom software solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools that address practical business needs.
• Integrate AI services and other systems via APIs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual work.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain the corporate network and IT infrastructure.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot employee workstations and other IT equipment.
• Manage hardware procurement and maintain records of company equipment, software licenses, and corporate subscriptions.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.

Requirements

• 1+ year of development experience or equivalent hands-on experience building software solutions.
• Practical experience with AI tools / LLMs and an understanding of how to apply them to internal workflows.
• Understanding of APIs and service integrations.
• Experience writing scripts and automating routine tasks.
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to independently research new technologies, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions.
• A systematic approach to work, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to develop system administration skills.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with the OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API, or other AI/LLM services.
• Experience building AI agents, automated workflows, or internal AI tools.
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with system administration, corporate networks, and IT hardware.
