🚛 Driver Recruiter | Owner-Operators | US Market

We are hiring a Driver Recruiter for a well-established US-based transportation company headquartered in California.

The company is looking for a recruiter who can take ownership of sourcing and attracting Owner-Operators across the US, build a strong candidate pipeline, and consistently bring qualified drivers into the recruitment process.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who understands the US trucking market and knows how to find, engage, qualify, and onboard Owner-Operators.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Source and recruit Owner-Operators across the US
• Proactively identify candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct screening calls and qualify candidates based on company requirements
• Present available opportunities and answer candidates' questions about the program
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential Owner-Operators
• Follow up consistently throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM
• Work closely with the operations team on hiring needs and priorities
• Meet weekly and monthly recruiting targets

🔹 What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in US trucking recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting Owner-Operators
• Strong understanding of the US trucking industry and Owner-Operator model
• Experience recruiting OTR drivers is a strong plus
• Strong sourcing, cold-calling, and candidate engagement skills
• Confident English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume pipeline
• Target-driven mindset and strong follow-up skills
• Experience with ATS/CRM and recruiting platforms
