Bookkeeper

• Job Title: Remote Bookkeeper
• Location: Fully Remote
• Hours:40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday — Friday, 8AM — 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (15:00 — 00:00 за Київським часом).
• Compensation: $800 start with a review after 90-day probationary period

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform bank accounts and credit cards reconciliations.
• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with GAAP standards. Ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Tracking bills/invoices/loans.
• Filing 1099(s).
• Calculating and collecting sales tax.
• Payroll filing and reporting.
• Maintain records of financial data according to internal standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Keeping detailed time tracking per client.
• Using internal software to record client work completed.
• Utilize various accounting/merchant/crm software.
• Performing other related duties as needed or agreed upon

Qualifications and Requirements:

• QuickBooks Online Experience (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and principles related to bookkeeping, including financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
• Bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• In-house training as required.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• English oral and written communication skills.
