IT Technician, Team Leader

Requirements:

• Experience in team management
• Ability to organize your own work and the work of your team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Communicative command of Polish or English
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems, with a curious and investigative mindset
• Knowledge of computer hardware and configuration
• Knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi network infrastructure
• Knowledge of operating systems
• Ability to use power tools (e.g. screwdriver, drill)
• Valid Category B driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of a team of service technicians
• Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of services
• Supporting the team in resolving technical and organizational issues
• Repairing IT equipment at retail locations
• Working in the field
• Independently preparing equipment, planning routes, and gathering the tools required to complete service assignments
• Continuously developing your technical knowledge
