The Role We are seeking an HR Generalist with strong international recruitment expertise. About half of the role is hiring across countries and markets. The other half covers onboarding, HR operations, and close partnership with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple international vacancies across functions and seniority levels
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, job platforms, and referral networks
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews in English
• Prepare job offers and support salary benchmarking
• Own the onboarding process and monitor new hires through probation
• Administer core HR operations, including employee data, transfers, compensation changes, and offboarding
• Advise managers on performance, retention, and team development
• Track HR metrics and improve processes using ATS, HRIS, and AI tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition)
• Proven experience in international or multi-market recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly in engaging passive candidates
• Solid knowledge of the employee lifecycle and onboarding practices
• English at B2+ level or higher
• Strong sense of ownership, effective prioritization, and a business-oriented mindset
