About EVIQO

EVIQO is one of the fastest-growing smart EV charging brands in the US residential market, serving customers across the US, Canada, and Europe soon.

We are already among the Top-5 market leaders in the US in our segment and continue scaling rapidly.

Our mission is to build a category-defining EV charging brand that competes with major players like Tesla, ChargePoint, and Autel.

Our core product is a premium Level 2 smart home EV charger combined with a mobile app and software platform that allows users to monitor and remotely control charging, manage and optimize energy consumption, automate charging sessions, and reduce electricity costs.

With up to 50 Amps of charging power, strong hardware positioning, premium customer experience, and a powerful D2C + Amazon growth engine, we are building much more than just a charger — we are building a scalable international brand.

We operate at the intersection of hardware, software, IoT, e-commerce, D2C, and international growth.

Position Overview The purpose of this position is to ensure the uninterrupted and cost-effective supply of EVIQO products from China to the US and Canada, maintaining optimal inventory levels and preventing both out-of-stock situations and excess inventory storage across Amazon FBA, AWD, and our partners' third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. The primary focus of the position is supply planning based on sales and Days of Supply (DOS), timely order placement, sourcing and comparing optimal freight solutions, obtaining and analyzing quotations, negotiating with logistics partners, and managing shipment lead times from the moment products are ready at the factory until they arrive at a warehouse or Amazon. The second key area of responsibility is optimizing operations with 3PL warehouses: efficient product storage and movement, as well as optimization of warehouse processes and costs. An additional area of focus is optimizing product packaging volume, including boxes, palletization, and load density, to reduce logistics costs both when transporting products to the US and Canada and during subsequent shipments to Amazon FBA and directly to customers. The position also involves reviewing logistics invoices, verifying agreed rates and additional charges, and coordinating timely payments to logistics service providers.

Expected Results in This Position

  • Ensure systematic inventory planning for Amazon US and Amazon Canada based on sales, lead times, and DOS, minimizing the risk of out-of-stock situations and overstock.
  • Establish a regular process for planning and placing new orders with clear reorder points, quantities, and expected arrival dates.
  • For each significant shipment, systematically obtain and compare quotations from several logistics companies (at least 5) and select the optimal option based on the combination of cost / lead time / reliability.
  • Ensure end-to-end control of inbound shipments from China to the US and Canada: from product readiness at the factory and booking through actual arrival, with early identification and escalation of potential delays.
  • Within the first 30 days, conduct an audit of the current freight and 3PL model and create a specific backlog of opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve lead times.
  • Systematically optimize the use of 3PL: inventory levels, storage costs, inbound/outbound flows, and operational processes; automate regular monitoring where manual work does not create added value.
  • Initiate and implement supply chain optimization projects: carton/box optimization, palletization, container utilization, packaging configuration, and other changes that reduce landed cost per unit.
  • Ensure logistics invoices are reviewed before payment: compliance with quotations/rates, accuracy of surcharges, and absence of unjustified additional costs.

Required Competencies

  • Has hands-on experience in international logistics and organizing shipments from China to the US and Canada for Amazon.
  • Understands ocean/air freight, FCL/LCL, freight quotations, the main components of freight costs, lead times, and the principles of working with freight forwarders.
  • Is able not only to request a quotation but also to find alternative providers, compare offers, negotiate rates, and make a well-reasoned choice of the optimal route and partner.
  • Is able to plan inventory based on sales velocity, forecast, lead time, and DOS, and independently determine when and how much product needs to be ordered.
  • Understands the principles of 3PL operations and is able to analyze storage, handling, inbound/outbound, and other warehouse costs.
  • Has strong analytical skills and is confident working with Excel / Google Sheets; the ability to automate regular analytics and operational processes using AI and other tools will be a significant advantage.
  • Works carefully with quotations, invoices, rates, and additional charges and is able to identify discrepancies before payment is made.
  • Does not limit themselves to following the existing process: independently looks for opportunities to reduce landed cost, lead time, storage costs, and the number of manual operations.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Able to conduct negotiations and handle daily written communication with Chinese suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers in the US and Canada.
