Coordinator of Humanitarian AID

Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Contacting volunteers from the Czech Republic and volunteering in Ukraine
• ⁠ ⁠Admission interviews
• ⁠ ⁠On-site interviews (contracts, documents, volunteer card/accreditation)
• ⁠ ⁠Pre-arrival communication
• ⁠ ⁠On-site interview
• ⁠ ⁠Feedback during the stay (on request)
• ⁠ ⁠Thank you certificate
• ⁠ ⁠Presentation of HR managers in the Czech Republic at on-site interviews
• ⁠ ⁠Updating the volunteer manual with all new/changed information
• ⁠ ⁠Collecting structured feedback from volunteers and active participation in projects suitable for them (weekly)

Teamwork:

• ⁠ ⁠Creating volunteer work — organise warehouse, project work for others
• ⁠ ⁠Organizing and leading regular team meetings (coordinators and volunteers)

Reporting:

• ⁠ ⁠Weekly call with wide team
• ⁠ ⁠Taking pictures of everything that moves/commissioning photo shoots
• ⁠ ⁠Creating albums/assigning people to upload photos and check them
• ⁠ ⁠​​Getting feedback from recipients
• ⁠ ⁠PR report 1 per month
• ⁠ ⁠Create and plan own PR content, upon request and on own initiative; «media trips» to partners, interviews, vlogs, etc. (partially ongoing)
• ⁠ ⁠Administration of IG

Distribution (DRIVER LICENSE B REQUIRED)

• ⁠ ⁠Agreement with partner
• ⁠ ⁠Distribution planning
• ⁠ ⁠Documents for entry into Kherson region
• ⁠ ⁠Loading/loading entry
• ⁠ ⁠Creation and signing of current
• ⁠ ⁠Separate distribution + unloading
• ⁠ ⁠Records — saving distribution in work report, uploading photos, creating scanned and physical files in folders

Safety management:

• ⁠ ⁠Responsibility for equipment in IFAK and CLS that is relevant, complete and unsold
• ⁠ ⁠Responsibility for each volunteer to be able to use a tourniquet and know basic safety rules
• ⁠ ⁠Updating safety manual
• ⁠ ⁠Organize TCCC training for volunteers as needed
• ⁠ ⁠Monitoring the security situation in the region and alerting to new trends
• ⁠ ⁠NP inventory trips

Communication with team in English (FLUENT C2)

• ⁠ ⁠Online-Call
• ⁠ ⁠Fulfillment of feedback on time 2x per year
• ⁠ ⁠Current communication about projects
