About the job

C1 English · Remote · full-time · 13:00 — 21:00 · $700/month from day one · $1000−1500 after promotion

Hi, I’m Vadim, CTO of Lexidesk. We make AI agents that answer the phone for law firms in the US and UK. When someone calls a lawyer at 2 a.m.after a car accident, our agent picks up, asks the right questions and books the consultation.

Every firm gets its own agent, and a person has to teach it: how this firm talks, which cases it takes, what to ask each caller. You do that in plain English, by writing the agent’s instructions (the prompt). We have more new firms than people to do it. That is the job.

A job that didn’t exist three years ago

There is no degree for this and no textbook. The technology changes every month, and nobody will hand you a manual. You’ll learn by reading, trying things and working them out yourself. If that sounds like freedom and not stress, keep reading.

I think this is a job of the future. Your work will be replacing people with AI, not being replaced by it.

What you can earn

You can earn serious money here if you put in the work. $1500 a month is not the limit: we are ready to pay up to $3000 to anyone who becomes a real pro at writing prompts and supporting our law firm customers.

Why we train from scratch

The market has almost no real specialists. Most people with the title can’t do the work, and the rare real one costs $150,000 a year. So we built our own study program to train people from zero. All you need to start is good English, some charisma and perseverance.

Working hours

Most of our customers are American, so we work in the second half of the day: 13:00—21:00 Kyiv time, or 13:00—22:00 if you want a one-hour break.

What you’ll do

  • Set up the agent for each new law firm: write its instructions, choose its settings, then call it yourself to hear how it does
  • Listen to real calls and read transcripts, find where the agent went wrong and work out why
  • Rewrite the instructions and try again until it’s right
  • Talk to the law firms by email, chat and video call about what they want changed

What you need

  • C1 English. You’ll write instructions an AI follows word for word, and you’ll speak with American and British lawyers
  • A quick mind. You learn a new tool in a day and enjoy working out why something went wrong
  • Real curiosity about AI. You already use ChatGPT or Claude a lot and want to see how it works from the inside
  • The habit of teaching yourself. When you don’t know something, you go and find out

What you don’t need

  • Experience. None at all
  • Programming. This is not a developer job. A prompt is a kind of program, but you write it in plain English
  • Legal knowledge. We’ll show you our product and how law firms work. The rest you learn by doing

Be honest with yourself

This is a full-time job and needs your whole working day, so it won’t fit around university classes. It is also a full day at a computer: reading, listening, writing, testing, then doing it again. Some people find that draining. The people we want enjoy exactly this kind of focused work.

The first three months

You will compete with the other trainees during the first three months, and you will not stay long if you learn more slowly than they do. If you consider yourself a slow learner, your chances are low. It will be a real competition, not for the faint-hearted. But it will be real, and I think real is rare these days.

You will learn by doing the most practical work possible, with the best documentation and study program we can give you. If you get through all of this and build real skill, you will be promoted. That is guaranteed.
