Full-Stack Engineer (AI-driven systems)

We’re a small team building AI-driven systems. AI coding agents write a large share of our code — and our engineers bring the judgment that makes it production-ready.

We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys building, making decisions, and seeing their work through. You’ll own a meaningful part of the product, with the freedom to shape its implementation and support from a tech lead who reviews architecture and provides feedback.

What you’ll do

• Own a product area end to end — from initial design to production, including quality, performance, and ongoing improvements.
• Build with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex as a core part of your workflow: planning, implementation, refactoring, and testing.
• Shape technical decisions around data models, APIs, system boundaries, and failure handling — and explain the trade-offs.
• Make the product better: investigate bugs, remove bottlenecks, and improve abstractions that no longer serve their purpose.

What you’ll bring

• Solid production experience — 3+ years, and examples of features or systems you’ve helped design, ship, and maintain.
• Daily experience with AI coding agents. You know how to provide context, split work into useful tasks, and verify the output.
• Ownership of the code you ship. You read it, understand it, and can debug it — regardless of who or what wrote it.
• Practical system design skills. You can explain why a system is built a certain way and where its limitations are.
• Initiative and sound judgment. You ask the right questions, clarify what matters, and move forward without needing every step specified.
• Clear written and spoken communication. You share decisions, raise concerns early, and work through feedback constructively.
