Recruiter (Legal Staffing)

What You’ll Do

• Run the full recruiting cycle for remote legal roles, from sourcing to offer
• Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and through referrals and direct outreach
• Screen candidates by video, checking their experience, English level, and fit for each role
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and our U.S. law firm clients
• Keep candidate records and pipeline status up to date in our ATS (Manatal)
• Write and publish job postings, outreach messages, and candidate follow-ups
• Make onboarding smooth for new hires
• Work closely with the company’s CEO on hiring priorities and day-to-day operations
• Help with documentation: reports, contracts, candidate files, and internal records
• Help schedule meetings and calls and follow up on action items

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred); legal, staffing, or U.S.-market recruiting is a strong plus
• Fluent English (B2+), written and spoken
• Confident with LinkedIn, Boolean search, Indeed, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills, with a candidate-first approach
• Organized and able to manage many open roles and tasks at once without dropping details
• Proactive, and discreet with confidential information
• Comfortable working remotely
• Bonus: Spanish language; familiarity with U.S. law firm roles and terminology

What We Offer

• Fully remote position (or hybrid for candidates based in Kyiv)
• Compensation: 25,000−35,000 UAH/month
• Kyiv-time schedule (hours, e.g. 11:00 — 20:00)
