About the job

Your role:

Full-cycle recruitment on a global scale: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating next steps, and extending offers
Collaboration with Talent Sourcers
Managing and advising key stakeholders (in collaboration with the Lead)
Participating in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions; finding unconventional recruitment approaches
Supporting colleagues
Maintaining the ATS
Preparing reports

What you bring:

4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles
Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones
Flexible, results-oriented approach
Business acumen (preferred)
Strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2 — C1+ level)
