At Photomate, we’re looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence in Ukraine, drive digital campaigns, and support our growing business in the energy technology sector.

What will you do?

• Drive local marketing activities — develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the Ukrainian market.
• Manage digital campaigns — increase brand awareness, generate B2B leads, and engage business partners.
• Create engaging content — bring fresh ideas to social media, digital advertising, our website, and promotional campaigns.
• Track and improve performance — analyze results, market trends, and competitors to optimize marketing ROI.
• Collaborate across teams — work with sales, technical colleagues, creative agencies, and external partners.
• Support events and exhibitions — help organize industry events, webinars, and partner activities.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian market and local marketing channels.
• Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, social media, content creation, and analytics.
• Creative thinking combined with a results-driven mindset.
• Independence, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent Ukrainian and strong written and spoken English.

Experience in energy, technology, or technical B2B marketing is a plus, but not required.
