What you will do 🧰

• ⁠ ⁠Export control and licensing work
• ⁠ ⁠Support client projects in commercial and administrative law
• ⁠ ⁠Engage with client products: technology, IT, natural sciences, physics (yes, actual physics, in a law firm)

Requirements for everyone ✅

• ⁠ ⁠Legal education (Master's preferred)
• ⁠ ⁠🇺🇦 Ukrainian fluency
• ⁠ ⁠🇬🇧 English: B1 minimum for Junior Associates, B2 minimum for Associates and above, higher proficiency preferred
• ⁠ ⁠Interest in the defence sector and technology
• ⁠ ⁠Based in Kyiv or willing to relocate 📍 NO FULLY REMOTE WORK!

Requirements by level 🎯

🌱 Junior Associate

• ⁠ ⁠Finished bachelor’s degree
• ⁠ ⁠No prior experience required, curiosity and appetite to learn are
• ⁠ ⁠Nice to have: English B2+, experience in M&A, IP or litigation

🔧 Associate

• ⁠ ⁠2+ years of full-time post-qualification experience
• ⁠ ⁠Nice to have: attorney licence, 3+ years of law firm experience, experience in M&A, IP or international trade, English C1

🏆 Senior Associate

• ⁠ ⁠4+ years of full-time post-qualification experience
• ⁠ ⁠Nice to have: attorney licence, 5+ years of law firm experience, experience in M&A, IP or international trade, English C1

🧑‍⚖️ Counsel

• ⁠ ⁠7+ years of full-time post-qualification experience
• ⁠ ⁠Law firm experience required
• ⁠ ⁠Nice to have: attorney licence, experience in M&A, IP or international trade, English C1

Nice to have at any level ⭐

• ⁠ ⁠Additional languages, especially Scandinavian languages, German, French 🌍
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to travel ✈️
