We are now looking for a highly skilled Air Travel Consultant (Bilingual) to join our expert aviation team and ensure smooth, efficient, and client-focused ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients, their families, and personal assistants, acting as their trusted point of contact for all air travel matters ⁠ ⁠
• Communicate with clients promptly and professionally by phone, email, and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram), often under tight timelines ⁠ ⁠
• Understand each client’s preferences, habits, and priorities, and build long-term relationships based on trust and discretion ⁠ ⁠
• Present clear, well-structured flight options and recommendations tailored to the client’s schedule, comfort, and budget ⁠ ⁠
• Handle ticket issuance, reissues, exchanges, and refunds in Amadeus GDS ⁠ ⁠
• Build complex itineraries and multi-stop bookings for business and leisure travel ⁠ ⁠
• Perform fare calculations and apply published and private fares in line with airline rules ⁠ ⁠
• Monitor PNRs for schedule changes, accuracy, and ticketing and payment deadlines, and proactively inform clients of any changes ⁠ ⁠
• Stay up to date with airline policies, route changes, and industry regulations ⁠ ⁠
• Work closely with the accounting teams to ensure accurate documentation and payment reconciliation

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Amadeus GDS (mandatory) ⁠ ⁠
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian (spoken and written) and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher ⁠ ⁠
• At least 1−2 years of air ticketing experience in a travel agency or concierge environment ⁠ ⁠
• Experience working directly with clients, with a confident, polite, and solution-oriented communication style ⁠ ⁠
• Strong understanding of fare construction, IATA codes, and airline rules ⁠ ⁠
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines ⁠ ⁠
• Discretion and a professional approach to confidential client information ⁠ ⁠
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook ⁠ ⁠
• Experience with high-end clientele or luxury travel is a strong advantage
