Marketing Manager

Our team has created a unique digital solution that helps businesses manage and exchange product information more efficiently.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will help us make our product more visible on the market, strengthen its positioning, attract new customers and develop marketing activities that support business growth.

The role is focused on B2B marketing and international communication, so a high level of English and the ability to create content in English are essential.

What we’re looking for in our specialist:

• Develop and implement marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate B2B leads.
• Create content for landing pages, social media, email campaigns, blog posts, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Prepare and publish product updates, news, customer stories, cases and other content.
• Work with customer cases: communicate with customers, conduct interviews and turn their experience into useful content.
• Create presentations, commercial materials, banners, guides, videos and other content for marketing and sales.
• Launch and manage email campaigns, funnels and audience segmentation.
• Work with email marketing platforms.
• Support lead generation campaigns and coordinate activities across different marketing channels.
• Help organize webinars, meetups, conferences and other business events.
• Work with contractors and partners: find, coordinate and manage external specialists when needed.
• Track marketing results and analyze the performance of campaigns, leads, registrations, website and email metrics.
• Test new marketing ideas and channels and turn successful ideas into regular activities.

Required skills:

• English: Upper Intermediate or higher. You will regularly create and work with content in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Ukrainian writing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms and setting up campaigns, funnels and audience segmentation.
• Strong content writing skills and the ability to adapt communication for different audiences.
• Experience with video editing and AI content creation tools is a plus.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable communicating with colleagues, contractors, partners and customers.

Previous experience in B2B, SaaS, IT or product marketing is a plus.
