BIM Modeler (Revit) for Quantity Takeoff — Remote, Full-time

Yefet Engineering is an Israeli firm based in Tel Aviv, specializing in quantity surveying (BOQ), cost estimation and budget control for construction projects. We are setting up a new BIM modeling team and are hiring our first full-time specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Build Revit models from 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) or edit existing models
• Model structure (foundations, walls, columns, beams, slabs) and architecture (rooms, finishes)
• Create schedules to extract quantities
• Check the model against the drawings
• Work on Israeli residential and commercial projects under a BIM manager in Israel

What we need (requirements):

1. At least 2 years of Revit experience
2. Experience modeling for quantity takeoff, not only for drawings
3. Ability to create concrete schedules: volumes by element type (walls, slabs, columns, beams), split by level and thickness
4. Ability to create room-based finish schedules: floors, walls (plaster, paint, tiles), ceilings, waterproofing
5. Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
6. Written English
7. Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

Advantages: experience with Israeli projects, Dynamo, Shared Parameters, engineering degree.
