Legal Manager

Midnight.Works is looking for an experienced Legal Manager to oversee the company’s legal activities, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide legal support to management and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements, and corporate documents.
• Monitor changes in legislation and ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and manage legal and operational risks, and implement internal compliance policies.
• Oversee legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Select and manage external law firms and monitor the legal department’s budget.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and maintain relevant corporate legal documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a background in both a law firm and an in-house legal department.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Good knowledge of legal compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to provide practical legal solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
