Location: On-site office in Ternopil, Ukraine Employment Type: Full-time | Remote work after 10:30 PM

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatcher to coordinate drivers and support daily transportation operations in the U.S. trucking market.

🕒 Work Schedule & Benefits

• Monday-Friday
• 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Ukraine time)
• Work from the office until 10:30 PM, then continue remotely
• 1-hour break
• PTO and benefits policy

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a team of drivers on a daily basis
• Plan driver schedules, coordinate routes, and assign loads
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Handle operational issues, including delays, breakdowns, and unexpected incidents
• Monitor on-time delivery performance and help improve operational efficiency
• Focus on driver management and coordination — finding loads is not part of this role

🧾 Requirements

• Intermediate English or higher, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in U.S. logistics or the trucking industry
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work an evening/night shift
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a team
