Some people check for inconsistencies. Others see them immediately.

If one gap is 80 pixels and another is 75, it catches your eye before you check the measurements. You notice the slightly misaligned heading, the inconsistent margins, the typography that doesn’t quite sit right or immediately spot a pixel or two out of place on a logo mark.

That’s the eye we’re looking for.

Awove is looking for a graphic designer with practical experience across varied projects and a natural sensitivity to spacing, typography, alignment and balance. Someone who brings creative ideas and cares about every detail of how they’re executed.

Your work matters more to us than a degree. You don’t need an agency background; you need a portfolio that shows your ability across digital, print, branding and web. You’ll be working directly with the Creative Director, who will help formulate ideas and then needs someone (you) to help execute perfect graphics every time without the need to double-check everything.

What you’ll do

• Design brand collateral, digital assets, presentations, web layouts and print materials.
• Develop and refine visual identities, applying them consistently across different formats.
• Produce mockups and prepare accurate files for production.
• Review websites against their designs, spotting differences in spacing, typography, alignment and layout.
• Take ownership of your work, from understanding the brief to checking the final result.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on design experience across a variety of projects.
• A strong portfolio showing both creative thinking and careful execution.
• Confidence using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma.
• A natural eye for small visual inconsistencies, backed by a thorough approach to checking your work.
• Conversational English, reliable communication and the ability to see work through properly.

This is a remote contractor arrangement. You’ll be responsible for your own local taxes, social contributions and any required registrations.
