Operations Manager | Real Estate | Dubai
We run a grow platform for off-market property deals in Dubai, plus a brokerage.
We are looking for someone to become my right hand on the operations side.
We’re a small team right now, but we are growing. I need someone who’ll take over the day-to-day so I can stop being the bottleneck — and who’ll help scale it — hiring, setting up processes, launching new directions.
What you’ll do:
Run daily operations and keep the team on track
Own the CRM and make sure the pipeline is clean and up to date
Fix what’s broken in our processes and set up new ones
Hire and manage people — Dubai and remote
Give me a clear weekly picture of where things stand
What I’m looking for
Someone who notices problems and fixes them without waiting to be asked
Real estate experience is a plus, not a must
