SMM Manager / Social Media Manager

We are a US-based transportation and auto logistics company looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced SMM Manager to grow our social media presence and build our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
• Create engaging posts, Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
• Edit videos using existing company footage and photos.
• Develop and execute a social media content strategy.
• Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
• Research trends and generate creative content ideas.
• Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Track performance and provide regular reports.
• Help attract new customers and drivers through social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Experience creating viral and engaging short-form videos.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
• Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience with US audiences is a plus.
• Experience in trucking or logistics is a plus, but not required.
