I’m hiring a bar manager to join a new team from the beginning, building Lviv’s best high end cocktail bar.

Requirements:

You love hospitality, and serving people
You are creative, love testing new concepts, drinks
Are organized, and can work with minimal «micro managing.»
You see a future in hospitality

English owner, so English is necessary
Pay is above local market

Responsibilities:

Help open the bar from day one: setup, suppliers, menu and launch
Hire, train and lead a small team of bartenders and hosts
Run the bar day to day and make sure every guest gets warm, high-level service
Build and test the cocktail menu with the owner
Manage stock, ordering and costs
Keep the bar clean, organized and compliant with licences and safety rulesReport weekly to the owner in English on sales, costs and the team
