Zori Languages (formerly Atlas Academy)

Atlas Academy is now Zori Languages: same team, new name. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a native English speaker. You won’t only teach. You’ll also help shape how our whole team teaches.

What you’ll do

• Teach individual and group lessons to students from age 11 up to university level
• Prepare students for IELTS
• Teach groups of children supported by the «Children of Fallen Heroes» Foundation, our partner
• Run methodology trainings for our teaching team
• Host speaking clubs on teaching methodology for our teachers

Who we’re looking for

• A native English speaker from the US or the UK
• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• Punctual and responsible
• Friendly, easy to work with, and a loyal team player

Strongly preferred

• IELTS teaching experience
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or other teaching methodology certificates. These matter a lot to us, since you’ll be training our team.

What we offer

• From 550 UAH per hour. The rate depends on lesson length and format (IELTS prep, individual or group lessons).
• A full workload: about 4 lessons a day, 6 days a week. That’s roughly 57,000 UAH a month at the base rate, and more with IELTS and longer lessons.

Schedule (Kyiv time)

Most lessons are in the afternoon and evening, mainly from 6 PM onwards (sometimes from 5 PM), until 8 PM or later. IELTS prep lessons can start earlier, at 2−4 PM.
