OCMC Trucking Inc. is a growing U.S.-based trucking company looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage corporate systems, provide technical support, and implement AI-powered automation solutions to improve business efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace, RingCentral, Time Doctor, and other corporate platforms.
• Provide IT support to office and remote employees.
• Set up employee accounts, access permissions, corporate email, and equipment.
• Maintain cybersecurity and protect company data.
• Support CRM systems and develop API integrations.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows using Claude, Codex, and ChatGPT.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage IT subscriptions, licenses, and optimize technology expenses.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure system reliability.

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience in system administration and IT support.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and API integrations.
• Practical experience building AI agents and automation solutions using Claude and Codex is required.
• Ability to write, troubleshoot, and maintain scripts and code.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and data backup.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and communication with service providers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and attention to detail.

We’re not looking for just a traditional IT administrator. We need a tech-savvy professional who can independently develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions.

Candidates should be prepared to share examples of AI projects or automations they have personally developed, including their purpose, implementation, and measurable results.

💼 What We Offer

• Fully remote position.
• Monthly salary: ~$2,000 USD.
• From Monday — Friday 8 am — 4 pm CST
