Technical Project Lead, Manager (SEO Focused AI-Generated Websites)

About the role

We’re a small team of three building websites with AI tooling. We’re looking for a hands-on lead to take all of that over: someone who keeps the team on plan, prepares everything they need to ship, checks the output, and can build a site themselves when needed.

This is not a pure management role. You’ll spend roughly half your time on infrastructure, QA and reporting, and the rest on planning and coordination.

What you’ll do

• Own the production plan: set weekly targets, assign sites, track progress and make sure deadlines are met
• Review the team’s work: audit each site before launch, write up clear correction lists, and verify fixes
• Prepare the environment for each project: set up hosting/servers, configure Cloudflare (DNS, SSL, caching, WAF) etc
• Generate sites yourself using the same AI stack when the pipeline needs extra hands
• Check semantic structure and on-page SEO: keyword mapping, headings, metadata, internal linking, content quality
• Build and maintain performance dashboards: traffic, indexing, rankings etc
• Spot problems early (deindexing, downtime, slow pages) and get them fixed
• Improve the process: templates, checklists, automation of repetitive setup steps
• Work with backlinks orders externally

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years running websites end-to-end: hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, basic server administration (Linux, nginx/Apache, SSH)
• Practical SEO knowledge, especially semantic structure and on-page optimisation
• Comfortable with AI site-generation tools and prompt-driven workflows (Claude / Cursor)
• Experience coordinating a small team or freelancers: planning, reviewing, giving structured feedback
• Able to build simple dashboards from GSC and ranking/positions data using AI
• Organised and detail-oriented — you notice a broken canonical tag or a missing hreflang
• English sufficient for working with tools and documentation

Nice to have

• Background in SEO or affiliate marketing is advantage
• Scripting ability to automate setup and checks
• Familiarity with WordPress, static site generators or headless CMS
• Experience with PBN/satellite-site operations
