About us. Optima Cleaners™ is a Franchise business serving residential and commercial clients in Australia. We conduct domestic services of all kinds through our network of highly skilled franchisees. We provide our franchisees with Call centre support, Service Know-how, Websites, Web design and Web Development, Sales Support, Branding, CRM systems and Search Engine Management, along with many other services.

Our identity and relentless passion is to serve people, learn and be better every day.

Our story. Optima Services was born by the immense desire of the owner and founder Mark to create business which could be a win-win-win for all parties in the journey — customer, franchisee and franchisor. Mark’s got a diverse experience including being a both CEO and Franchisee in one of largest and most prominent Domestic Services Franchises in the world. His journey there inspired him and gave him the confidence to design a Franchise system which combines the best of all Franchise models on the market and unique features and his values, so as an end product we have the business which indeed is beneficial for all parties involved. We strongly believe in the Franchise model, but we also believe it could be liberalised further and much more authority could be delegated to the business owners, so they could work on their goals freely and without an extensive «in-a-box» frame. So our goal is to settle the fine balance between Franchise guidelines and Entrepreneurs desire to create their own identity within the Franchise frame.

Our vision is Optima Services to become a platform on which employees and partners thrive and collaborate in favour of our clients and establish a long term relationship with them. We want to be part of every Australian home.

Our Team. We maintain call centres in Egypt and Philippines and now looking at expanding our team in Ukraine. For the time being due to COVID-19, all our call centre positions are for working remotely from home.
