In response to the shortage of staff, more and more employers are offering housing for employees, the State Employment Service reports. Since the beginning of 2025, 2 000 vacancies with a corresponding offer have already appeared - this is 30% more than in the same period last year (1 500). For comparison, for the whole of 2024 there were only 3 500 such offers.

The largest number of vacancies with housing is in Kyiv and Kyiv region:

  • in the capital since the beginning of the year, 330 such offers have been recorded, of which 148 remain relevant;
  • in Kyiv region — 276 vacancies, of which 132 are relevant.

Among the leaders in the number of current housing offers are also:

  • Dnipropetrovsk region - 72 vacancies.
  • Khmelnytskyi region - 68 vacancies.
  • Poltava region - 67 vacancies.

The fewest such vacancies are in front-line regions.
