Telegram Currency Bot

A bot that sends the current exchange rate. It needs to be launched manually. A team project, I wrote a request
to Monobank that receives and records the bank's exchange rate, a timer that checks whether to make a new
request or show the recorded data, and the functionality of processing the bot's telegram buttons.
