● Designed and implemented versioned gRPC services across core portal domains;
● Built Temporal workflows for Jira data synchronization, applying continue-as-new for unbounded iteration and heartbeat
timeouts for long-running activities, cutting sync data staleness from hours to 15 minutes and eliminating manual re-import work;
● Configured Docker Compose stacks and Dockerfiles for local development environments, migrated multiple microservices to
newer Go versions, resolving dependency and breaking-change issues.

● Designed and implemented queue-level interval reporting calculating per-queue metrics from the contact center analytics API,
replacing the legacy CSV pipeline and cutting report generation time by ~30%;
● Designed and implemented per-agent daily session reporting, processing routing status event streams and aggregating
conversation metrics per session across thousands of agent sessions per day;
● Delivered output in fixed-width format with precision arithmetic and automated FTPS delivery on a per-report cron schedule.

development and testing of the next-gen automatic call distribution feature.
● Executed load tests simulating high-volume call traffic across local and GCP environments, identifying bottlenecks and latency
spikes across distributed microservices;
● Tuned Kubernetes workload configurations on GCP to optimize stability and throughput, improving p95 latency by ~25%;
● Extended an internal Locust4j-based load test tool with distributed tracing for end-to-end request visibility and multithreaded
API calls to simulate concurrent workloads, increasing simulated load capacity by 2 times per test node.
