YouthSpeak Forum
Being a first-year student, I took the initiative and participated in one of the largest youth forum in Western
Ukraine. Thanks to that opportunity I became a part of the outstanding team, where I've learned a lot about
leadership, time management, communication skills and so much other really useful information. We have been
going through various workshops, small-talks about own business plan, and even let in participating of resolving
 some real cases. It was a good chance to meet different successful people, to share some thoughts with them,
and to get feedback on my own ideas.

It was a great honor to be a part of the online sessions of EU Law Workshop. During 5 weeks, we were discussing
inter alia the structure of the EU, the primacy of EU Law including conforming construction, as well as general

I was given a chance to write my own article on that topic. This chance taught me how to organize my thoughts
and impart my perspective to others, particularly regarding the manipulation of self-consciousness via online
platforms.

Worldwide exhibition of Unissued Diplomas of Ukrainian students
Hundreds of students were killed during the ongoing full-scale russian invasion. We collected the stories of 36 of
them. There are at least 36 ruined lives and 36 unissued diplomas. The project "Unissued Diplomas" was created
to honor the lives of students who were killed, allowing people to visit universities around the globe and
remember them.

The exhibition took place in Osnabrück University as well.

Demonstration "Defending Ukraine"
October 14 - Day of Defenders of Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders today embody the heroism and courage of
soldiers of many generations, soldiers of different countries - all those who for centuries defended the ideals of
freedom, defended statehood and fought for independence.

The action was held by Ukrainian communities all over the world to express respect and gratitude to our
soldiers.

VOLUNTEERING

Assistance to participants of ATO
While I was a high school student, I was a member of the program to support the Ukrainian Army. It was a tough
time for Ukraine, especially for the soldiers. That's why my school has volunteered to help as much as it can. We
made special costumes, sent them water and various products, and we were supporting their families and
children. That experience is invaluable, and I am proud I can help my country in any possible way.

Communication skills
Working as a Customer Advisor and communicating with team members and absolutely different customers has
developed my interpersonal communication skills and the ability to avoid any conflicts.

I've been a member of different associations, took part in various forums, discussions and communicated with
plant of people (who had more or less experience) so I have an atitude for building a relationship of trust based
on mutual respect. I am confident in working in groups and adaptable to meet the needs of the team.

MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Leadership skills
I used to be the class monitor back in high school. I was a so-called negotiator between classes and participated
in the meetings among class monitors, where I conveyed the interests of my classmates. This experience taught
me to listen to others, to take into account every opinion, and most importantly, to pass the baton of leadership
to another if necessary.
Furthermore, I gained invaluable knowledge about establishing trust with my coworkers and demonstrating my
willingness to assist them. It helped me to analyze problems carefully suggest effective solutions, successfully
resolve conflicts within the team, and fostering a positive work environment.

Delegation Skills
I went from being an ordinary employee who used to accomplish all the tasks assigned to me by mentors to a
person who can now delegate work between co-workers based on their strengths and weaknesses.
