07.2013- present- D4Group, part-time (Native mobile development), Financial Operations Manager
-Responsible for handling administrative tasks, incl. the control and monitoring of staffing needs and
bench allocations.
- Control of documentation, work with contracts/agreements, drafting and proofreading of MSA & SOW;
- Collaboration with other departments: TA & SD & PM teams in order to foster efficiency and synergy;
- Prepare and validate invoices and billing statements;
- Update ledgers, calculate single tax quarterly, and submit PE tax declarations;
- Calculate and submit a unified social tax declaration annually;
- Preparing Cash Flow Statements, P&L, Balance to a controlling unit;

02.2020- 04.2023 – A-Team Global (Custom IoT solutions, Soft. development), Partnership Manager
- Building and maintaining key partners’ relationships and fostering client loyalty and retention;
- Representing the company for partners and representing partners within a company, being a main
contact and support point for them and developing trust-based relationships;
- Preparing and executing ICPs and making email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns, using a wide range of
automation tools;
- Creating scripts and communication chains;
