Application is one part of long-term medical
services for seniors that provides them the tools
they need to increase care capacity, prioritize care,
reduce workloads, prevent adverse clinical
outcomes, and provide cost-effective treatment. The
platform continuously collects vital-sign data from
medical devices over Bluetooth, streams it in real
time, raises alerts and clinical insights, and lets
nursing staff monitor residents, manage alert rules
and treatment plans, plan shifts, keep care logs, run
reports, and start video calls with patients right
from the app. It runs as a desktop web app, as a
native Android app on bedside tablets, and as a
browser extension that plugs into existing EMR
systems (PointClickCare, SigmaCare) so nurses
don't have to leave their usual tools.

Responsibilities: developing new features based on
the growing client's number and requirements;
creation and support of a custom design library
documented in Storybook with Chromatic visual
regression testing; deep integration with the native
Android layer — I write the TypeScript side of the
Capacitor plugins (the measurement and echo
plugins, the plugin-extractor and the facade that
bridges native events into the app) and the models/
types that describe how the web app talks to the
native measurement and BLE services, handle
device restart and keep-alive logic, and ship over-
the-air updates through Capacitor Live Update;
building and maintaining the whole Chrome
extension (Manifest V3, background service
worker, content scripts injected into the EMR
pages, its own NGXS store) that surfaces AiOmed
vitals, medication alerts and patient info inside
PointClickCare/SigmaCare; building and
maintaining Bitbucket Pipelines across many
environments (dev/QA/staging/preproduction/
production plus separate android release branches)
including release-version generation, Firebase
multi-site and preview-channel deploys, GCP setup
(gcloud, service-account auth, Google Artifact
Registry for private packages, pulling secrets/config
from Secret Manager), parallelized and sharded
Cypress runs and LogRocket source-map uploads;
project migration from Angular 14 up to 22; store
optimizations and performance optimizations;
integrating medical devices and real-time
measurements through the BioT client SDKs;
integrating Zoom video calls; feature flagging with
OpenFeature; monitoring and observability with
OpenTelemetry and LogRocket; and code review.
