SUMMARY
I am a responsible and enthusiastic manager with over 22 years of work experience. I like working in a team, leading projects, solving difficult issues, and making employees' life safer. I have experience leading global international project and the CBU Ukraine safety department, which supported all CBU functions (operation, logistics, sales, and HQ, with a total number of employees about 1000 employees). I`m a Certified Advance Safety Auditor with more than 20 audits, and a certified internal trainer.

REALIZED PROJECTS / MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
• Successful development and launch the new training project that explain and help build the Risk management system.
• Achievement of the interdependent level based on the Bradley curve one out of the CBU Ukraine site.
• Execution of BCP (COVID restriction) and effective preparation of the offices for new working conditions.
