Project / Operations Manager | 09.2025 – Present

Manage 4-5 cross-functional teams (3 to 25 people each). Implemented the first real delivery process in the
company, moving away from chaotic chat messages.

• Operations & Standardization: Fixed a critical bottleneck by rebuilding all internal services, organizational, and
financial documentation into a single standard. Created and executed a safe migration plan for 80 employees,
updating systems without stopping ongoing work. Introducing structured system IDs (with prefixes like [DEV],
[OPS], [FIN]) massively reduced the technical load on the company and organized document management.
• Company Acceleration (Automated Reporting): Automated reporting across all departments handling stream
tasks. Built automated dashboards for fast performance scoring of individual employees and whole teams. Set
up auto-alerts to work channels: instead of digging through tasks and papers to find bottlenecks, the system
immediately highlights any performance drops and pings the team automatically.
• Tech & Development: Managed a team of 4 engineers and 6 internal tools. Sped up task completion by 70% by
constantly analyzing process bottlenecks, writing detailed technical specifications, collecting feedback on ideas,
and implementing targeted automation.
• Integrations: Grew department output from 150 to 400 tasks and cut delivery time by 3x. Regularly conducted
root-cause analyses to find automation zones. Developed an auto-prioritization system (based on task types like
"domain integrations" or "domain purchases") to stop high priorities from being set on non-urgent tasks. This
prevented individual buyers from getting an unfair speed advantage. Also implemented an Effort scoring scale
(0.5 to 20 points) to evaluate labor time.
 • Media Buying & Farm: Managed operations for buyer teams (20+ people). Focused on finding growth areas
and organizing test tasks to scale budgets. Solved a massive problem with lost accounts, which opened new
vectors for business development and allowed us to successfully launch many new GEOs.
• Research (R&D): Developed automated tools for website parsing and cloaking bypass. Created a centralized
service that became a single hub for buyers to find creatives, discover reference sites, and track generation
volumes (including Discovery and YT sources).
• ASO: Built the department workflow from scratch: created the full process flow, launched the team, and
managed all operations. Monitored metrics, negotiated with account suppliers, and quickly fixed workflow
problems. Linked raw data to Google Sheets analytical dashboards to control App Store approvals and
rejections.
• Finance & Reporting: Focused on saving time and money. Used Google Apps Script to create automated
reporting workflows that reduced a financier's week of manual work to just 1 hour.

Affiliate SEO Company

Managed full project lifecycles from idea to scalable products. Led a team of 15 people (developers, SEO
specialists, copywriters, DevOps).

• SEO Hub (Custom Software): Managed the full development of major custom software, built by the dev team
based on my ideas. This flagship project supported a network of 300+ websites and was the defining
achievement of my year at the company.
• Traffic Management: Used the developed SEO Hub as a powerful tool to protect the business. Previously, a
downed site meant huge traffic losses for 1-2 days. The new system automatically and manually routed traffic
between sites, ensuring almost zero traffic loss during crashes.
• Scale & Speed: Increased delivery from 10-12 to 30 websites per month using Kanban, daily stand-ups, and

• AI Automation: Launched AI-driven blogs with automatic content pipelines, creating stable organic traffic
