As part of the project implementation, coordinated the simultaneous delivery of four key program components:

1. Coordination of mobile laundry and shower complexes.
Organization and supervision of mobile hygiene services in communities across Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. Ensured access to essential sanitation and hygiene services for residents of frontline and de-occupied settlements. Coordinated logistics, service schedules, and the work of drivers and operational assistants responsible for the complexes.

2. Establishment and launch of a stationary social laundry facility in the city of Snihurivka.
Organized the launch of a free community laundry service in cooperation with the Snihurivka City Military Administration. Coordinated the placement of the facility, procurement and installation of equipment, and the operational start of the service for local residents. Implemented technical solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation, including autonomous functioning during electricity outages.

3. Social Hub and repair workshop.
Coordinated the creation of a community support space where residents can receive assistance in repairing and restoring household items. Organized the operation of a repair workshop aimed at supporting people in difficult life circumstances while promoting reuse practices and community-based mutual support.

4. Mobile legal aid teams.
Organized the work of a team of lawyers providing free legal assistance to the population. Coordinated field visits of mobile legal teams to communities, including individual consultations and legal awareness activities. Addressed issues related to social protection, restoration of documents, access to government services, and the protection of rights of war-affected populations.

General responsibilities and achievements:
- Coordination of a multidisciplinary team including lawyers, mobile complex drivers, service assistants, and technical staff. Organization of daily operational activities, monitoring of project performance indicators, and oversight of service quality.
- Establishment and maintenance of cooperation with municipal enterprises, military administrations, and local self-government authorities. - Coordination of interaction with local communities to ensure effective project implementation and integration of services into the local social support system.
- Operational management of project activities, including the launch of new services, management of project resources, and coordination of logistical processes. Ensured compliance with humanitarian standards and donor requirements throughout project implementation.

Development of the fund's representation in the southern region. Joined one of the largest human rights national NGOs in Ukraine at the beginning of the project "Legal Support for IDPs and Affected Population in the De-occupied Territories of Ukraine" in the south as a regional team leader. Key responsibilities included:

Team building (recruitment and management of a 30-person team in the Mykolaiv office and a team of over 10 people in Kherson); monitoring and advocacy activities, representation and establishing connections with communities, departments, local authorities, partners, etc.; participation in clusters, events, meetings, round tables, etc.; coordination of mobile group deployments; reporting and constant communication with program and project managers (DanChurchAid, Acted, Save the Children, Access); support and presentation of office work during donor visits; administrative work and current office planning, etc.

Led an emergency mission in the Kherson region for 6 weeks with a team of over 20 people (lawyers, psychologists, monitors, social workers, drivers, security), aimed at providing various assistance to those affected by the flooding after the Kakhovka HPP explosion.

Volunteer Experience: During the war in Ukraine against Russia, we established active operations for delivering humanitarian aid. I have personal experience in establishing working relationships with international foundations. In particular, I collaborated with World Central Kitchen, ACTED, and Caritas Ukraine.

Experience: organizing the daily preparation and distribution of 2,000 meal portions to the population, distributing several thousand food packages, trips to frontline settlements, evacuation and housing provision for displaced persons. Managing a team of up to 50 volunteers.
