As a Content Moderation/Customer Support Agent, my responsibilities were:
- to detect and remove prohibited or sensitive content from the platform;
- to detect and classify AI-generated content, to decide does it impersonate real people, change their appearance basing on real content or it is originally AI-generated content;
- to communicate with users, work on their complaints, and solve conflicts.
During my work, I was constantly improving the effectiveness of my own work and making proposals for increasing effectiveness and decreasing stress levels in the team using simple instruments (e.g. Google Spreadsheets for making systematization and sharing information easier during the transition of our department). It helped to fasten the work and close one of the long-term tasks in two weeks.

- Control the quality of work of Content Moderators and Customer Support agents.
- Create recommendations for agents separately and their workflow overall.
- Test, create, and improve workflows for new departments and QA teams controlling them.
I struggle to make the work of our agents easier, their mistakes and my recommendations clearer, and overall performance less time- and resource-consuming. For example: my proposals when testing instruments and workflow of one of the new departments allowed us to decrease the number of actions needed per minute by agents by 50% and increase overall effectiveness by 40% that allowed our management not to double the quantity of teams in this department.
