EXPERIENCE
Project Manager 11/2025 – 09/2026

Led end-to-end delivery for a 40-person cross-functional engineering department (developers, designers, QA) running a
continuous, high-volume pipeline across web, mobile, and backend products.

delivery initiatives.
Built the company's internal delivery & operations platform — a single hub for project management, finance, and reporting — and
owned and prioritized its roadmap using RICE / ICE.
Integrated LLMs into internal workflows to automate meeting summaries, documentation, and reporting — scaling operations without
adding headcount.
Reduced operational costs by ~20% by replacing paid subscriptions with internally built tooling, while roughly doubling throughput
