● Svit-Matrasiv.ua is an industry leading e-commerce platform with over 150 000 monthly
active users.
● I was hired as a Head of E-commerce department to assemble and lead a team, bring
the new product from early stages of financial loss to the profits, and develop a
turnaround strategy for the company.
● Our goal was to build an online retail platform with seamless partnership between a
platform and physical retail outlets to enhance order processing and delivery efficiency.
Which resulted in solving the missing opportunities issue for localized customer
engagement.
● Managed up to five company projects: mobile app development, new website
development, launching our product on a new European market, expanding on new
marketplaces (Amazon), development of a new product line. Managing all projects
simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes.
● Expanded product distribution across multiple marketplaces: Amazon, Rozetka and
Prom. That added a significant share into the company’s profits.
● Conducted regular one-on-one meetings to provide personalized feedback, evaluate
